I have been a bit remiss with my blog posts. Part of that reason is that a lot has been happening with Steel City Chess. The biggest happening is that Steel City Chess was honored in July by being named a 2017 Best of the 'Burgh by Pittsburgh Magazine.

We were really excited to learn of this award. Steel City Chess was named in the Business and Education category and featured in the July issue of the magazine. Additionally, we were invited to attend the Best of the Burgh 2017 party at Stage AE in mid-July where we displayed the set and even played a few games with party-goers.
